Is Proofly really free forever?

Yes. The Free plan has a $0 subscription and unlimited users. Pro is optional, so you can keep using Free without upgrading.

Do I pay for customer rewards?

Yes. You set the gross request payout and conversion bonus. The combined fee is 15% platform + 3.5% transaction + $0.50 processing, deducted from the gross reward. For a $50 reward, the reference receives $40.25. These fees are the same on Free and Pro.

Can I start free and add Pro later?

Absolutely. Create your free workspace first, then upgrade in Settings when you want Pro. Pro is $19 per user per month, with a five-user minimum ($95/month), plus applicable tax.

How does the Pro trial work?

Pro offers a seven-day trial. Activating it requires payment details, and monthly billing begins automatically after the trial unless you cancel. Free signup does not require a credit card.
