Your customers’ trust matters. Here is how to protect your Proofly account, control team access, and understand the current payment setup.

Account protection
Optional authenticator-app verification adds a six-digit code after sign-in. Once enrolled, verification applies to your Proofly account. Password reset does not remove the authenticator requirement.
Team permissions
Workspace owners manage invitations, roles and member removal. Administrators handle daily work and proof review; sales representatives cannot change funding, team permissions or proof reviews. Members share their workspace’s reference network and request history.
Financial-detail entry
The current test payment setup uses Stripe-hosted financial-detail forms. Do not put card numbers or bank credentials in Proofly messages or uploaded proof. Live billing and payouts remain disabled.
Access and activity
Workspace and request access are checked against account membership and reference participation. Owners can review recorded team changes and proof-review actions in Settings. Remove former teammates’ access promptly.

Proofly does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA compliance, independent audit results, guaranteed breach prevention, or guaranteed payout arrival. Formal compliance, retention, encryption and incident-response commitments require separately approved evidence and policies.
