Use the shared controls

Use the logo-area control to collapse or expand the sidebar. Collapsed navigation keeps icons with labels available on hover; your preference stays in the browser.

New request is available in the header. The bell opens Notifications; the question-mark Help menu opens this knowledgebase and the Customer Reference Experience article.

Your profile menu opens Manage profile, Dark mode, Reference PWA, and Log out. Reference PWA switches to the customer-facing app for the current account; it does not create or impersonate a different customer.
