Add and apply filters

  1. 1Open New request and use Filter customer references next to the Customer reference label.
  2. 2Choose a property, comparison operator, and value.
  3. 3Add another filter if needed. All filters are combined with AND, so a reference must match every rule.
  4. 4Scroll inside the filter list to see additional rules. Check the matching count and choose Apply filters.
  5. 5Select an eligible matching reference in the request form.

Choose the right comparison

Requests completed, Acceptance rate, Customers won, and Customer age use numeric comparisons such as greater than, less than or equal to, or between. Customer age measures time since the reference record was created; choose days, months, or years.

State, City, and Title offer text matching such as contains, is, is not, known, or unknown. Employee range supports any/none of the listed ranges and known/unknown. Last request date can identify recent, older, or never-requested customers.

Acceptance rate is accepted/completed requests divided by decided requests, including rejected and expired. A reference with no decided requests has no numeric rate.

Keep in mind

If there are no matches, relax or remove a rule and verify the customer’s saved details. Filters do not make an invited or opted-out customer eligible to receive a request.
